2, 2 - Not impairment, satisfactory level (e.g., worked as much as would be expected if not symptomatic, and got satisfactory grades)
3, 3 - Mild impairment (e.g., worked somewhat less than expected and/or got grades somewhat below expected if not symptomatic).
